What this means for the web developer is that this above message will appear in the address bar of websites not running HTTPS protocol. This has the effect that if not HTTPS present the viewer of the webpage will see this "Not Secure" warning, which will clearly be off-putting. Week 13 Day 2 of Work Experience at LIT Adobe Design Applications: On viewing the Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop applications, I have found Adobe Illustrator to have a greater amount of functioning for design. Here, there are all the tools for text and image idea development. This both in artistic and technical skill. Hence, this will be my main focus moving forward.  I have quite a good knowledge in using Illustrator and am furthering knowledge. Today I did some revision and learned some useful techniques through  tutorials on Artboards, dimensions and layouts setting the scene for Illustrator designs.  LIT Drawings: I took some photographs of LIT, for sketches I will draw and color with water-colour pencils. Plan for tomorrow: Camtasia video recording of "Password Self-Service" is scheduled for tomorrow. Adobe Illustrator tutorials. Other work that is required.

Week 12 Day 2 of Work Experience at LIT ***I have finished up on the tasks given. Web Hosting: I put the website up on gitHub web hosting site as it is at to view the website: url link: http://k00121609.github.io/studentkiosk Linking with Supervisors: I sent by email and OneDrive the local route folder to the Supervisors. Week 11 Day 5 of Work Experience at LIT I added the video links to the page I designed yesterday to host the video tutorials. Was going to add a different navigation sidebar for the videos with drop-downs from categories of their detail. Decided to add more responsiveness to the current sidebar as it shows more information at all responsive page sizes.  (The blue text seen on the pages are marquees which traverse the page from left to right.) Images of pages: 1. Home Page: 2. Video Tutorials Page: 3. Contact Page: 4. Example of responsive design Home Page: 5. An Example of responsiveness for the Video Tutorials Page: 6. An Example of responsiveness for the Contact Page: A development on this design would be a responsive element (if else statement?) where from the individual video pages, in mobile view, that the screen would switch from portrait to landscape to view videos.
