Day 5 of Work Experience at LIT

 Started work at 9:00 am, checked email, reviewed work for the day. Sent video on "Manual Enrolment" to Stephen. Improved the resolution of the "OneDrive" video, and also shared this through OneDrive.

Key point moving forwards is while system noise can be removed directly from the clips, the use of headphones while recording video, eliminates any other background noise and produces a clearer effect.

Today being a Friday, is for working with Adobe. Plan for the day is to watch the tutorials on and learn about Adobe Dreamweaver. This I will be using in creating the website for the e-learning videos.

Watched Adobe Dreamweaver tutorials on Lynda.com. Chapter 1, parts 1->8.

Week 9 Day 2 of Work Experience at LIT Inspiring image to start the day. As part of this Work Placement there is the preparation for full time employment. I have started updating my CV and added 3 projects to my LinkedIn profile to start with, which are: 1. Week 2: Day 1 of Work Placement at LIT

Week 2 Day 1 of Work Placement at LIT: Started at 9:00 am, checked email, working on OneDrive e-learning video tutorial. Completed audio for parts 3 and 4 and edited same. Changed speed duration of some clips. Added animated "Zoom and Pan," for following the script and focus. I had some time in my lunch break to draw up a sketch of LIT, will trace it out in pencil add water-colour paints, this evening. Worked on learning more about the "blur feature," which is used to scan out confidential information that may otherwise be displayed on the computer screen e.g. users id, photo etc. Applied blur to all relevant areas of the tutorial. Completed e-learning video. Next step is rendering to MP4 tomorrow morning. Finished work at 5:30 pm.
