Day 3 of Work Experience at LIT
Started at 9:00 am, checked email, reviewed yesterdays work and plans for today.
David and I worked on writing up scripts and then divided the work.
My next task is to work on e-learning videos for staff for "Self-enrollment" and another video on "Manual enrollment." I went through the script and refined it to match up with the plan for screen captures and audio.
Before recording, we discussed the rest of our plan for the day and got started.
Recording on Camtasia:
I set up title slides to introduce the video with a recommendation of using "self-enrollment" method above "manual-enrollment", the former being more efficient. I used the same colour scheme as per OneDrive video as template. The red fill solid colour as #7C15103, and the border as light green #05AF8E.
Completed draft of screen-captures and audio for "manual-enrolement" e-learning video.

We were discussing the potential of adding more creative multimedia aspects to the work placement. Following conversations with Mike we will also be working on Adobe products. Stephen is putting a brief together for a website to be designed to host the e-learning tutorial videos. We will be working Monday to Thursday on the tutorial videos and Friday on Adobe products. Looking forward to this added dimension.
